The Mediterranean diet is well known for its healthy and appetising ingredients, recipes and fragrances. The many varied dishes found in tapas bars and restaurants throughout Andalucia form a part of this famous and classic style of cooking. You can learn how to prepare and cook some of these dishes and impress your friends back home.
This programme is based on the standard Intensive course of Spanish with additional cookery lessons and other activities associated with the world of gastronomy. Click here to see a sample programme.

You take 4 lessons per day of General Spanish and then on 2 afternoons per week you learn to prepare and cook a complete 3-course Spanish menu. In addition to the cookery lessons there are talks on wine or gastronomy and local visits related to these themes.
The programme is rounded off with a lunch at the famous La Consula cookery school.

Observations
Your level of Spanish is unimportant as you will join our standard Intensive Course which we offer at all levels. The cookery lessons will be sufficiently practical for everyone to understand what is going on.

On the extremely rare occasions that a student is the only person on their chosen course at their level, we reserve the right to offer a reduced number of 1-1 lessons both in the case of the Spanish and Cookery classes.
